Cattleyards - Portable/Semi Permanent

Gribben Stockyards heavy duty portable cattleyards are manufactured using high tensile steel and hot dip galvanized after manufacture. The high tensile steel permits the weight of the panels and gates to have greater strength while minimizing weight.

Yard layout designs are available for handling up to 500 head incorporating the features of permanent cattleyard layouts, eg. curved workraces with walkways, draft compounds etc..
Alternatively, Gribben Stockyards custom design service will provide for layouts where specific management procedures are required.

Gribben Stockyards portable cattleyards are available in three panel heights to suit specific cattle handling requirements.

1.825m high with 7 tube rails- "Beef King"

Designs are available for layouts to handle 100 to 500 head of cattle

1.625m high with 6 tube rails

Panels and gates have the same rails and height as Gribben Stockyards permanent cattle yards.
This panel configuration is available in all designed layouts.

1.525m high with 6 rails - the intermediate rails 50x25 RHS.
For general purpose use: available in layouts to handle up to 70 cattle.

Layout kits for handling up to 60 cattle can be transported on Gribben Stockyards mobile loading ramps.

Gribben Stockyards portable cattleyards feature:-
- layout designs can be developed to meet specific requirements
- can be used as permanent yards but still be relocatable
- curved workraces are included in larger layouts (100 plus) or are available separately and can be fitted with detachable walkways
- gate catches are "Y" type and chain as well as cam action spring bolt
- portable cattle crushes are available for incorporating in the layout in lieu of a "permanent" crush
- the complete yard layout is rigid when constructed
