Gribben Stockyards heavy duty portable sheep yards have flexibility not available with separate conventional permanent and portable sheepyards. A permanent site can be established for yards, however, when or if required, part of, or the entire yard assembly can be quickly relocated and erected for a specific management procedure.

Gribben Stockyards heavy duty portable sheepyard panels are similar in design to the permament panels where the same "vertical inserts" and top and bottom rails are used. All panels are manufactured using high tensile steel and hot dip galvanized after manufacture.

Gribben Stockyards have basic layout designs to suit the handling of flocks up to 3,000 head.

Features of Gribben Stockyards heavy duty portable yards:-
· panel length:- 2.75m and 2.0m
· panel height:- 0.995m (ground level to top of panel)
· panels for draft race and approach to draft race are blanked
· work race
· bugle design approach to draft race
· three-way draft
· self-hinging drafting gates
· "drop-in" type block gates for the draft race and work race

Basic kits available are:-
· 26 panel kit (with 8.25m work race) - suitable for working up to 350 sheep, fits on a 10' x 5' trailer
· 40 panel kit (with 11.0m work race) suitable for working up to 700 sheep
· 50 panel kit (with 11.0m work race) suitable for working up to 1,100 sheep
· 83 panel kit - "Station 2700" suitable for working more than 2,500 sheep

Kits can be made up to suit specific requirements.
